12:23 with 155# and feet on bench pike PUs trying to keep back toward the vertical. Slow going at the end with the PUs, doing 1 at a time. Felt great though.

135# deadlifts- felt strong- did all reps in one go for each set.
HSPU's- 2 ab mats- dont think I was getting my head touch every time though!
