A) B/W @ 190, got 14 reps in the 5 minutes, (this was my 1 rep max last time i tested, got a set of 4 off the bat, Ring dips really paying off)

B)Deadlift at 185, felt fast

C) 56 Dips, really focusing on getting a big kip, much better than a month ago.

Good WOD, haven't done bench press in a while, great work everyone
