The setting sun was blazing off the buildings across the street right into my eyes for the KBS and box jumps. That was awesome. Go Paleo and ditch your sunglasses. Let actual sunlight hit your retina and give your body a melatonin production boost. Especially during a WOD!

Great workout! Haven't had one this intense in a while.
Forearms were absolutely shot, pull-ups felt really sloppy, grip was extra sweaty for some reason. Great hit!
First time Doing this workout without any mods, lungs are burning and ripped my hands from the pullups, Awesome first week back
Damn that will build character
Oh man, those box jumps just slayed me... Need to work on that technique. Any chance I can get some lessons, Jimmy?
