The setting sun was blazing off the buildings across the street right into my eyes for the KBS and box jumps. That was awesome. Go Paleo and ditch your sunglasses. Let actual sunlight hit your retina and give your body a melatonin production boost. Especially during a WOD!

25:28 - totally dogged this one today in more ways than one, sloooow pace, but pullups felt great! Hugo and I were running partners, and he stopped to pee 3 times over 5 runs.

As rx'd 19:20 ROUGH!

Forearms were absolutely shot, pull-ups felt really sloppy, grip was extra sweaty for some reason. Great hit!
