C.O.P when was the last time you had a massage,acupuncture,ice bath etc....
This is equally as important as your training and nutrition. So book your appointment for some soft tissue work a.s.a.p.
Also grab a couple bags of ice, and fill up your tub, and take the plunge for 10 minutes. If your really lean, 1 min for every % of body fat (no longer than 10 minutes no matter what weight you are).
