C.O.P when was the last time you had a massage,acupuncture,ice bath etc.... This is equally as important as your training and nutrition. So book your appointment for some soft tissue work a.s.a.p. Also grab a couple bags of ice, and fill up your tub, and take the plunge for 10 minutes. If your really lean, 1 min for every % of body fat (no longer than 10 minutes no matter what weight you are). Post your experience. There is no yoga this Saturday (Sjanie has other obligations). The next free yoga session (for members) will be Thursday at 6:00 pm.... Yesterday was my 90th day at COP; before and after body comp photos to come.
Loving the training, loving the people, lost 15lbs, still hate burpees. Time to start cutting down body fat for beach season.
Impressed with the 8 mins Pops. How many times did you get out during those 8 mins?

We did Annie:
50,40,30,20,10 of du's and situps
6:43 Love my new RX jump rope! Only tripped once on the 10's - I was too excited to have done all the rest unbroken I rushed it. Situps felt slow and abs were burnt from other ab stuff done this week.
then:
9,7,5 of Thruster @ 95# and muscle ups - thrusters were great - and did muscle up progression.
ice bath? are you nuts? i think i'll hot-tub instead
just did 8 minute ice bath... never gets easier, but i know i will feel amazing and sleep like a baby (ounce my teeth stop clicking that is)
