a) just played with 65lbs for repetition of quality movement and rehabilitation of ankle, which is still a wee bit tight when in the lower squat position.
b) wasn't sure how things were going to go during this run with the ankle, especially during the downhill running portion...but as I went along everything felt good so i kept humming along
B) 18:35 - pretty sure this is a best time by at least a couple of minutes....I looked through my last book and it seems I've never recorded my Oak st run time before...weird. I know for sure I've never been under 20mins before so I'm happy. Spent the whole run chasing Steph! Thanks friend!
Holy smokes Cisco you crushed that run!!! I think that might be the fastest girl time ever at COP! Nice work! Wish I was there so I could have caught a tow. Next time lol!

B) 20.12- best time by over 4 minutes!! nice chase and push Emily- loved it.
I believe new gym record by 30 -45 sec?
