A) 4 rnds, 6 jackknifes, 12 kbs and 1 DU attempt
B) 5 rnds and 45 seconds of Airdyne

(mods galore: jackknifes on mat, 20 lb dumbbell, fruitless hella frustrating DU attempts, and 1 min Airdyne instead of run due to a goofy ankle. And yet still had a good time and feel great :))

B) 4 rds + 1 run - I did HSPU instead on the push ups and GHD's instead of the sit ups

REALLY gotta work on the T2B swinging motion - going from a still motion up every time = lots of wasted seconds!
