Today was interesting...

A1) 175, 190, 200, 185(5), 175 (5), 155.
A2) 8, 7, 6, 4, 5, 2

B) 11 How do people do more than 13!? My goal was 13. held it for 5 rounds. then 12. then 11.

Messed up on backsquats today. Guess it just wasnt my day. woops! All good!
Bought a book today to record my workouts!!! Back at it.
