I tweaked my neck again on Saturday (damn push press) so was taking this one a bit cautiously...apparently not cautious enough as I am back on the mend. A) 75, 80, 85, 90 (felt strong at 90, but didn't want to push it today) B) 55# all (took it easy, but felt strong) C) 55, 60, 65, 70#
A) 55, 65, 70, 70 - legs need to get stonger - getting up was tough on the 3rd one but getting it up was easy. B) 55 for all - wrists ouchie C) 55, 60, 60, 60

2) Worked up to 185 (no bumpers so I couldnt risk going heavier)

Training at work is def a good thing but its not the same as being in good ol COP
