Well C.O.P 12.3 has been announced... We (as usual) will take this bad boy down Saturday morning at 9:30 am. CrossFit Games Open 12.3 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of: 15 Box jumps, 24"/ 20" box 115 / 75 pound Push press, 12 reps 9 Toes-to-bar

c) mods - 45lb push press - 5 something. Got some good toes to bar in but I still can't get the rhythm.

B)210, 210, 210 felt strong, back and legs were spent from tuesday but surprising felt good
C) Really slow pace 6 minute range, the push press got heavy fast and my hands were in rough shape from monday, this week will be interesting

Lower back was hurtin' today so proud I came out and moved, focusing on technique and low impact.
- made it for 2 laps around the building and had to stop/go for event.

pace was not overly fast, but good & constant

B) 95, 105, 115 (failed on 3rd, but think I could try again, felt strong)
C) 3:42 (mod:55# my bicep is angry) But finally got toes to bar!

c) SLOW - push press was tough, need to practice toes to bar to get the rhythm down
