A) 10:57, mods: 1 pood, pistols with bench but only hit the bench on 40-50%. I've been looking forward to my first wod with pistols. Wasn't disappointed. B) 13:00, mods: 65#, knee raises to shoulder height. Lots of rest time while waiting for the bench.
