Ok sports fans, as promised we will celebrate Leslie "Mama Grande" Miletich's 47th Birthday with a Big Ole Smoker Surprised.

So with out further adieu.....

 

"The Mama Grande"

25 minute running clock:

Part A - 10 minutes

400 m ball run - time left over is used to complete as many rounds as possible.

4 squat cleans- 135#, 95#

7 burpees

Part B - 10 minutes

400 m ball run - time left over is used to complete as many rounds as possible.

4 wall balls

7 chest to bar pull ups

Part C - 5 minutes

400 m ball run- time left over is used to complete as many reps as possible.

Knees to elbows

I forgot to post this yesterday for both me and Michelle:

Steph
A) 6 rounds complete - 8# ball
B) 5 rounds + 4 chest to bar - 12# ball
C) 25 - 12# ball

Michelle - 12# ball
A) 5 rounds complete + 2 squat cleans ( I think this is right)
B) 5 rounds complete + 4 chest to bar
C) 21

Martin, ball run is carrying a 20# medicine ball, for guys weight, in any way you can manage for the prescribed distance. Most of us carry it with one arm on top of our shoulder resting against the head/neck.

Whew! This was a crazy wod! Mama grande inspired wods are hard! Great wod pops, as always. Fun and creative!
