Ok sports fans, as promised we will celebrate Leslie "Mama Grande" Miletich's 47th Birthday with a Big Ole Smoker So with out further adieu.....
"The Mama Grande" 25 minute running clock: Part A - 10 minutes 400 m ball run - time left over is used to complete as many rounds as possible. 4 squat cleans- 135#, 95# 7 burpees Part B - 10 minutes 400 m ball run - time left over is used to complete as many rounds as possible. 4 wall balls 7 chest to bar pull ups Part C - 5 minutes 400 m ball run- time left over is used to complete as many reps as possible.
