What is CrossFit Optimum Performance?

At CrossFit Optimum Performance our goal is to enable you to perform at your best. For some, this may be important for athletic purposes and performance enhancement; for others the goal may be to have sustained energy and lose body fat; and for others, the goal may be to enhance workouts, job performance, sleep, and/or life long health. At C.O.P we can either introduce you to an individualized program design, nutritional prescription and life management strategies to enhance your personal performance. Or if you are interested in training in a group setting, CrossFit Optimum Performance group classes are also a very effective way to reach your optimal fitness and health.
