Thanks to Mitch "The Future" who fixed the crank and pedal on Airdyne # 1. So we get to try a workout posted on OPT's blog awhile back. (Part B) A. Bench Press shoulder width grip 5-5-5-5 @ tempo 31x1 ; rest 3 min - 20 minutes including warm up + B. Team 300 FY 2 man teams: Amcal Airdyne in 10 min. Choose your own transitions. I would recommend alternating in 30 sec Intervals. Set the body weight on the Airdyne to the average between the 2 team members. Max and James posted a team challenge to any team that could beat their score would receive a bunch of supplements. Not sure if the offer still stands, but I think it's safe to say, their total is safe for a while. 365 cal in ten minutes.
